The early member promise
If your account is approved before we announce paid plans, the free core stays free for that account. That includes the five-villa limit, reservations, guest details, iCal import and export, rates and quotes.
We will email you before anything changes. We will not move the free core behind a paywall and then call it an upgrade.

- It could be next month. It could be much later. It might not happen for a long time.
- You do not need a credit card to start.
- Paid extras will be optional, not a condition for keeping the free core.
What may be paid later
Paid extras are about doing more, not about unlocking the calendar you already use. Any future plan will be written down before it starts.

There is no fake deadline
We have not set a closing date for early membership. If a date is announced, it will be published here and sent by email before it applies. Until then, the honest answer is: we do not know. It could be a month, or this could stay free for a long time.

Is Villa Calendar really free?
Yes. Up to five villas, with reservations, guest details, iCal sync, rates and quotes. No credit card is needed to request access.
What happens when paid plans arrive?
Early accounts keep the free core described on this page. New paid extras may be offered, but they will not remove the features early members already use.
Until when can I join as an early member?
Until we announce paid plans. We have not set a date. It could be next month or much later. If that changes, we will publish it here first.
Why do I need approval to sign up?
We open accounts in small groups so every owner gets a useful setup, not an empty dashboard. We review requests and reply by email, usually within one working day.
Will the price change for existing accounts?
The free core stays free for early accounts. Optional extras may be paid later, and we will explain the price before you choose them.
